This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you access or use the Naro mobile application (the "App") and any related products, features, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
User-Provided Content
When you choose to use AI features, we may process:
l photos and videos that you upload or capture using the App;
l text prompts and other content you voluntarily submit.
Facial Feature Data
To provide AI-powered features such as Photo Edit, AI image generation, and AI video generation, we may process facial feature information extracted from the media you voluntarily provide.
This information is processed solely to deliver the requested AI functionality. It is not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification.
Device and Usage Information
We may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
l device model;
l operating system and version;
l IP address;
l language and region;
l time zone;
l app version;
l device identifiers, where applicable;
l crash reports and diagnostic information;
l usage and performance information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to:

Uploaded content is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Services unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or requested by you.
We will not use your uploaded content or facial feature information to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models without your explicit consent where required by applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only under the following circumstances.
AI and Cloud Service Providers
To provide the AI features you request, your content may be processed by trusted third-party AI and cloud infrastructure providers acting solely on our behalf.
These providers are contractually required to process your information only for providing the Services and may not use your content for their own advertising, marketing, or AI model training purposes.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to:
l comply with legal obligations;
l respond to lawful governmental requests;
l protect our users or the public;
l investigate fraud or security incidents; or
l protect our legal rights.
4. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

You may also manage camera, photo library, and other device permissions through your device settings.
If your account supports self-service deletion, you may delete it through the App. Where applicable, personal information will be deleted or anonymized within the time required by applicable law.
6. User-Generated Content and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or generate complies with applicable law and respects the rights of others.
You may not use the Services to create or distribute:
l child sexual abuse or exploitation material;
l non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit deepfake content;
l unlawful, violent, hateful, or harassing content;
l fraudulent or deceptive content; or
l content that infringes another person's legal rights.
To help maintain a safe environment, we may use automated technologies and, where appropriate, human review to detect, prevent, or remove prohibited content.
Where reasonably necessary, violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect or store payment card information.
Billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and policies.
8. Analytics
We may use analytics
technologies to understand how users interact with the Services and improve
performance. Where applicable, personalized advertising or cross-app tracking
will occur only after obtaining your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency
(ATT) framework.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information within a reasonable period.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, applicable laws, or privacy practices.
Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of material changes through the App or by other appropriate means.
The updated Policy will become effective on the revised Effective Date.
