Welcome to Naro.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naro and govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App"), website, and all related AI-powered products, features, and services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and User Representations
Minimum Age
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required under applicable law in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement.
Legal Capacity
You further represent and warrant that:
l you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
l your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations; and
l you are not prohibited from accessing or using the Services under applicable law.
2. License Grant and Acceptable Use
Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Naro grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
l reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
l bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, or digital rights management technologies implemented within the Services;
l use bots, automated scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, monitor, or collect information from the Services without our prior written authorization;
l interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Services; or
l use the Services in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
3. User-Generated Content and AI Features
The Services use artificial intelligence technologies to process text, images, videos, audio, prompts, and other materials that you submit ("Input") and generate AI-created content ("Output").
Ownership
As between you and Naro, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your rights in both your Input and Output, subject to the rights of third parties.
License to Naro
To provide the Services, you grant Naro a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, transmit, and technically modify your content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
We will not use your private content to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models without your explicit consent where required by applicable law.
Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
l you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for any content you upload;
l your use of the Services does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party; and
l where your content includes another identifiable individual, you have obtained any permissions or consents required by applicable law.
4. AI Safety and Acceptable Use
To help maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, you agree not to use the Services to create, generate, upload, or distribute content that:
l contains child sexual abuse or exploitation material;
l includes non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit deepfake content;
l promotes terrorism, violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or self-harm;
l impersonates another individual or organization in a misleading or deceptive manner;
l facilitates fraud, phishing, malware, or other unlawful activities; or
l otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.
We may use automated technologies and, where appropriate, human review to detect, prevent, and address misuse of the Services.
Where reasonably necessary, we may remove content, restrict access to certain features, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the App, software, AI technologies, interfaces, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property (excluding your User-Generated Content), are owned by or licensed to Naro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership or other rights are transferred to you.
6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Certain features of the Services may require a subscription or other in-app purchase.
If you purchase through Apple's App Store:
l payments are processed by Apple using your Apple Account;
l subscriptions automatically renew unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
l you may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings;
l billing, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
We are not able to process or approve refunds for purchases completed through Apple's payment system.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
Because AI-generated content is produced automatically, Output may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, unique, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any Output before using or relying on it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naro, its affiliates, licensors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App and discontinuing your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where we reasonably determine that:
l you have violated these Terms;
l your use of the Services presents a legal or security risk; or
l we are required to do so under applicable law.
Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued before the effective date of termination.
